Pre/Postnatal Massage:

Our therapists have received prenatal massage training to best care for the specific needs of the body during pregnancy. We have super comfy bolsters that accommodate the growing belly to ensure comfort and safety during the face down portion of the massage. We ask that you wait until the second trimester to book unless you have permission from your health care provider to receive massage earlier than that. (And, congratulations!)

Hot Stone Massage:

In our Hot Stone Massage, the therapist will use heated stones to soothe and relax cold, sore or achey muscles.  The stones may be placed on the body or used to massage the muscles. The heat penetrates into the tissues to provide deep relaxation, melt stress away and relieve muscle aches.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment, 60 minutes $115

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very gentle and slow massage technique aimed at boosting immune function and reducing swelling. It is great for those who suffer from chronic sinus issues, allergies, migraines, fibromyalgia or occasional fluid retention. 

Depending on your areas of concern and following an in depth consultation, your treatment may be full body or focused on specific areas. 

Your therapist will use their hands to perform a series of step by step light, slow, repetitive strokes. These movements actively boost lymphatic production and increase filtration through the lymph nodes. Don't let the light pressure fool you- this Vodder Technique is known to aid in the removal of cellular waste, improve venous return, lower the formation of fibrotic tissue, reduces pain and aids in post-op recovery. 

NOTE: If you are looking for post-op MLD we recommend waiting until there are no active drains and you are able to get in and out of compression gear on your own.  Other contraindications include: lymphedema and anyone who has had surgical removal of lymph nodes.

While still on the same massage table, your therapist will perform a full customized massage. This treatment will leave you glowing, relaxed and incredibly hydrated.

CBD Anti Inflammatory Body Reboot Treatment with Infrared Sauna
